This is what the participants of the Wellness for a Lifetime Challenge® said at the announcement of the winners of the first round on 21 April.
At Wellness World George, first place was taken by Louna Gerber followed by Nadia Stoffels and Bernard Colburn in third place.
Alta Gerber took first prize in Mossel Bay, Wayne de Nobrega came second and Hester van Zyl was third.
At Wellness World Brits Chris Stokes walked away with first prize, Wynand Gertzen was second and Marlize Pretorius took third.
Rina Kersten took first prize in Hartbeespoort, Melani Swart came second and Kobus de Wet was third.
At Wellness World Montana Naomi van Zyl walked away with first prize, Stephan Jordaan was second and Charl Smit took third.
The Wellness for a Lifetime Challenge® forms a part of Wellness World’s focus on customer service and individualised attention. As a component of the Challenge, participants receive bi-monthly evaluation and monitoring sessions with a personal instructor. These sessions ensure that appropriate goals are set and that members get results from their work-outs.
